Amateurs' chances to win on Tour fading

In 1985, as a senior at Oklahoma State, Scott Verplank made history by beating the pros to win the Western Open. In 2007, it's the BMW Championship, and while Verplank's here again, amateurs won't have a chance to duplicate his feat. Steve Elling says their days of winning on the PGA Tour are all but over.
