In the DALLAS MORNING NEWS, David Moore writes "Mayor Tom Leppert is scheduled to present Mavericks guard Jason Terry with an award and a proclamation today at the West Dallas Community Church. The ceremony is part of Building Leaders for Tomorrow, a week-long program aimed at teenagers. Terry will be honored for his efforts to provide inner city youth with opportunities to further their education beyond high school."
