As part of a new generation of Chinese artists, Chen, 31, seeks to portray himself as part of a globalised, post-internet world, where the words & quot;east & quot; and & quot;west & quot; have become increasingly meaningless. & quot;Nowadays, other than on a very political level, there & #039;s no real difference between living in China and anywhere else, & quot; he said.
