Iran, IAEA resume talks on nuclear dispute

TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iran and the U.N. nuclear agency watchdog went into a second day of talks in Tehran on Tuesday meant to help defuse a row over Iranian atomic activity which the West suspects is aimed at building bombs.
