In SPORTS ILLUSTRATED, “Magic Johnson will be holding a fundraiser to support New York Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's presidential bid. Clinton's campaign announced Sunday that the former NBA star will hold an event on Sept. 14. The announcement comes about a month after Illinois Sen. Barack Obama's campaign said that talk show host Oprah Winfrey will hold a Sept. 8 fundraiser on his behalf at her palatial estate near Santa Barbara.”
