Sam Amick of the SACRAMENTO BEE writes, "When the 2007-08 exhibition season arrives, Kings coach Reggie Theus will have to settle for second billing. His new team plays Seattle on Oct. 9 at Arco Arena, meaning much of the talk about new eras beginning will be focused on the debut of SuperSonics rookie Kevin Durant. The spotlight will be otherwise dim in an exhibition schedule that takes the Kings no farther east than New Mexico and is heavy on locations tied to the Kings' brass."
