Celtics' Pierce Plans to Rest His Body

Mark Murphy of the BOSTON HERALD writes, "At the end of the season Paul Pierce vowed to give his worn-down body a rest by playing less basketball. There was no indication, however, that his time would be his own. Following this week's basketball camp at Hoop City, Pierce will fly to China on Saturday as part of a Nike contingent also including clients such as Kobe Bryant, Jason Kidd and Charles Barkley for a photo shoot."
