UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa assailed the United Nations Human Rights Council on Wednesday in his address to the U.N. General Assembly, calling its probe into Sri Lanka's 26-year civil war disproportionate and politically motivated.
