Mass killer Breivik says wants to create fascist party

OSLO (Reuters) - Norwegian mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik, who showed no remorse at his trial for killing 77 people in 2011, said on Friday he was renouncing violence and was willing to apologize for his actions if he were allowed to set up a fascist party.
