Marc Berman of the NEW YORK POST writes, "David Lee has accepted an invitation from USA basketball chief Jerry Colangelo to play for a Team USA practice squad that will scrimmage vs. the main club Aug. 15 to Aug. 21 as it prepares for the Olympic qualifying tournament next month."
