Like when he sidles over during a Celtics summer league practice in Las Vegas, nods toward point guard Rajon Rondo and says, 'He's really good.' Ainge is talking more about the future than the present, but after a season in which encouraging signs often were overshadowed by growing pains, the Celts are hoping Rondo's future arrives quickly."
