In THE OREGONIAN, Joe Freeman writes “Steve Blake was (re)introduced Tuesday at the Trail Blazers' Tualatin practice facility as more than 100 kids lingered during lunch at coach Nate McMillan's youth basketball camp. McMillan and General Manager Kevin Pritchard have been enamored with Blake since before they brought the 6-foot-3 point guard to Portland as a free agent prior to the 2005-06 season. McMillan likes Blake's size, defense, pass-first mentality and uptempo capabilities. Pritchard loves Blake's toughness, character and attitude.”
