Officials: Taliban Still Holding 22 South Koreans

South Korea on Thursday said 22 hostages still were being held by the Taliban as President Roh Moo-hyun worked with his Afghan counterpart to resolve the situation; officials said those who killed a pastor, one of 22 hostages, would be held responsible.
