RIO DE JANEIRO (Reuters) - Police used pepper spray to break up fights between Brazilian and Uruguayan fans during a World Cup match at Rio de Janeiro's Maracana stadium on Saturday, a spokesman for the event's local organizing committee said on Sunday.
