Rigby Replaces Haslam As Jazz President

In THE SALT LAKE TRIBUNE, Steve Luhm writes “during a tear-splashed press conference Wednesday afternoon, Randy Rigby was named to replace Dennis Haslam as president and chief operating officer of Larry H. Miller Sports and Entertainment, which is anchored by the Jazz. First, Haslam announced he was ‘stepping down for the purpose of pursing some personal business opportunities.' Haslam and Miller are close friends, which is why the Jazz owner described it as a ‘bittersweet day."
