The decision today to part ways with Andrew Bynum was based strictly on the center's lingering knee problems, Indiana coach Frank Vogel said before Game 2 against Washington tonight at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. "Andrew's a good dude. He fit in well here," Vogel said. "He made multiple efforts to get on the court, the knee wasn't responding, so we made the decision it wasn't going to work out." Bynum made two appearances during the regular season, totaling 35.6 minutes, 23 points and 19 rebounds.
