? Thunder All-Star point guard Russell Westbrook has been cleared to play and will start. Westbrook told reporters just before the game, "I'm happy and blessed to be back on the floor with my teammates. I didn't know for sure when I would play again, just whenever I felt I was 100 percent." Thunder head coach Scott Brooks said there was never any question that Westbrook would return as the starter rather than being eased back in off the bench. "He's ready, he's ready to get back on the floor and he was always gonna come back as the starter."
