RIYADH (Reuters) - The United Arab Emirates (UAE) issue d a reassuring message on Sunday about the health of President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nahayan after he had surgery following a stroke, state media in the OPEC member Gulf Arab state reported.
