Australia apologizes for breaching Indonesian waters

SYDNEY (Reuters) - Australia apologized to Indonesia on Friday for naval breaches of Indonesian territory as part of Canberra's controversial policy of stopping boats carrying would-be asylum seekers from entering its waters.
