In THE OREGONIAN, Jason Quick writes “some big news to kick off the Las Vegas Summer League: No. 1 draft pick Greg Oden will indeed play in the Trail Blazers' July 15 game against No. 2 pick Kevin Durant and Seattle. Originally, the Blazers thought Oden would miss the game in order to attend the ESPY's - an ESPN awards show. But after some fact-checking, the Blazers learned that the show airs on the 15th, but will be taped on July 12.”
