Car bombs in Iraqi capital kill 14, Falluja standoff continues

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Two car bombs exploded in Baghdad on Sunday, killing at least 14 people, police and medics said, while a standoff between the Iraqi army and al Qaeda-linked militants in Falluja continued.
