Branson Wright of the CLEVELAND PLAIN DEALER reports, "Sasha Pavlovic and Anderson Varejao also became restricted free agents, as the Cavaliers tendered qualifying offers to them. In addition to being able to negotiate and sign either player to a new contract, the Cavs also will have the right to match any other offer and keep them with the Cavs."
