Sekou Smith of the CHARLOTTE OBSERVER writes, "So just what is the Hawks' strategy with two lottery picks? Take the best available player at No. 3 and fill a need (point guard) at No. 11? Or perhaps the other way around? Maybe best available with both picks? There is also the possibility of trading one or both of the picks for a veteran who can immediately move the Hawks from the lottery to the playoffs, after an eight-year drought."
