After raid, Libyan PM says Libyans should be tried at home

RABAT/TRIPOLI (Reuters) - Libyan Prime Minister Ali Zeidan, commenting on the U.S. capture of a Libyan al Qaeda suspect in Tripoli, said on Tuesday that Libyans accused of crimes should be tried at home, but that the raid would not harm ties with Washington.
