Kevin Devaney Jr. of the JOURNAL NEWS writes, "Knicks star Stephon Marbury spent part of yesterday afternoon here meeting with Mayor Ernest Davis and appearing on his cable-access television show. Marbury pulled up at Mount Vernon High School in his navy blue Rolls Royce, flanked by a sport utility vehicle with the mayor inside and a police escort. The point guard from Coney Island discussed how he and the mayor are developing outreach programs in Mount Vernon, and the importance of donating money and spending time talking to young children."
