JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave a guarded response on Sunday to a U.S.-Russian deal on Syria's chemical weapons, saying it would be judged on whether it achieved "complete destruction" of the arsenal.
