BUDAPEST (Reuters) - Hungary's prime minister, Viktor Orban, called on ethnic Hungarians around the world on Saturda y to unite to build a strong nation, tapping into nostalgia for a country dismembered when Europe's maps were re-drawn nearly a century ago.
