U.S. Men, Women Sit Atop FIBA Rankings

Following the recently concluded 2007 FIBA Asia Championship for Women, FIBA (International Basketball Federation) issued its updated women's world rankings and the USA Basketball women's program remained at the No. 1 position. With the USA Basketball men standing atop the men's world rankings, USA Basketball also owns the combined men's/women's ranking No. 1 position.
