Turkey Reportedly Firing on Kurdish Rebels in Iraq

Turkish artillery shelled suspected Kurdish rebel positions across the border in northern Iraq, Iraqi Kurd officials said Friday, and U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice warned Turkey that it risked expanding regional tensions.
