Sudan rebels say downed Antonov plane, no confirmation

KHARTOUM (Reuters) - Rebels in Sudan's main oil state said on Thursday they had shot down a government Antonov military aircraft after it had bombed targets in the Nuba mountains, part of South Kordofan state.
