Bosnian Serb war crimes fugitive Tolimir arrested

BANJA LUKA, Bosnia (Reuters) - A Bosnian Serb general accused of genocide in the 1992-95 Bosnia war was arrested by Serb and Bosnian police on Thursday and due to be transferred to The Hague war crimes tribunal on Friday.
