Pakistan to Erect Fence to Reinforce Afghan Border

Pakistan will erect fencing to reinforce parts of its porous mountain border with Afghanistan, President Gen. Pervez Musharraf said Friday, while acknowledging for that some outgunned Pakistani frontier guards have allowed militants to cross.
