Kenya coastguard surrounds armed gang, hostage

MOMBASA, Kenya (Reuters) - Kenyan coastguards have surrounded a boat carrying gunmen and an elderly French woman kidnapped earlier on Saturday from the northern Kenyan coast and the abductors are firing in the air, a government minister said.
