Genocide detainee Mladic undergoes surgery: lawyer

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Former Bosnian Serb army chief Ratko Mladic has undergone surgery, the lawyer representing him against war crimes charges said on Thursday, and media reports said the former general had undergone a hernia operation.
