Blasts kill at least 12 in Iraq's Tikrit: official

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - At least 12 people were killed and 28 more wounded when two bombs exploded in the Iraqi city of Tikrit as police and soldiers were collecting their salaries at a local bank, police and a health official said on Thursday.
