Russia's Putin blames "greed" for boat tragedy

KAZAN, Russia (Reuters) - Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin flew to the Volga River on Thursday where he blamed "irresponsibility and greed" for a riverboat accident that has killed at least 113 people, including many children.
