Russian Minister: Washington, Moscow to Tone Down Rhetoric

Moscow and Washington have agreed to moderate their rhetoric in a bid to improve strained ties, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said after a meeting Tuesday between President Vladimir Putin and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
