For NBA fans in Sacramento and Anaheim, time is passing almost agonizingly slow: The league Friday extended until May 2 the deadline for Kings owners Gavin and Joe Maloof to file paperwork for the relocation of their franchise to Orange County, the second such extension granted in the emotional California hoops issue.
