Afghans say joint NATO forces kill 64 civilians

ASADABAD, Afghanistan (Reuters) - More than 60 civilians, including women and children, were killed in four days of operations by NATO-led troops and Afghan forces in eastern Afghanistan, a provincial governor said on Sunday.
