Libya frees 12 more political prisoners

TRIPOLI (Reuters) - Libyan authorities freed 12 political prisoners on Thursday after mediation by a human rights group which has had links to Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, son of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.
